Giving Tuesday is a day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the good causes that mean so much to them. It holds the world record for the most money raised online for charity in 24 hours. It’s a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.

The importance of charitable giving is mentioned throughout the Qur’an and in many Hadiths. Charity is a central tenet of Islam: everything one has belongs to our Creator and therefore a Muslim is obliged to share the wealth with those less fortunate.

Muslims giving back is our way of restoring balance in the world, ensuring all communities are afforded the same rights as instructed by the Holy Qur’an.

To join the “Giving Tuesday” initiative and do our bit to give back, Muslim Ad Network (MAN) has kickstarted our very first “Giving Back” campaign. For every time you click one of our “Giving Back” banners online, or like/share/comment/retweet one of our related “Giving Back” social posts, we will donate $1 (up to $2,500). The donations will be collected and distributed between a number of selected charities (listed below).

This campaign starts today (#GivingTuesday) and lasts through Sunday.

It’s one way we can all make a world of difference – get involved by participating!
